Important information regarding shipping

All our minerals are packed with the utmost care to withstand normal transport-related impacts. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse any delivery showing visible signs of impact, opening, or package damage.

If the parcel is delivered to your mailbox, please take it to your local post office without opening it if any anomalies are noticed.

DG Minéraux declines all responsibility regarding the condition of the mineral once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier (the carrier’s tracking information being considered proof).

For deliveries outside mainland France, any customs duties or additional taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer.

The prices displayed on this page are expressed in euros. For payments made in another currency, the final amount will depend on the exchange rate applied at the time of the order.

1) Mainland France

  • Shipping via La Poste services with tracking.
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the order amount.
  • Shipping fee: €7.90 regardless of the number of specimens ordered.
  • Free shipping from €100 of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2 business days.

2) European countries

  • Shipping via La Poste services with tracking.
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the order amount.
  • Shipping fee: €9.90 regardless of the number of specimens ordered.
  • Free shipping from €150 of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 5 business days.

3) Other countries

  • Shipping via La Poste services with tracking.
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the order amount.
  • Shipping fee: €18.90 regardless of the number of specimens ordered.
  • Free shipping from €200 of purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipment: 8 business days.

Returns

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 business days from the date of delivery to return, at their own expense, any product that does not meet their expectations.

If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day.

Any return must first be reported to DG Minéraux at the following address: dgmineraux@gmail.com

Returns must be shipped in a resistant parcel and must include a tracking number. DG Minéraux cannot be held responsible for breakage, loss, or theft during the return shipment.

As part of the withdrawal right, the customer may choose between:

  • a credit valid for 2 months;
  • a refund processed within a maximum of 7 days.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Only items returned complete, in their original packaging, and in perfect resale condition may be accepted. Any damaged product or product with deteriorated packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged.

DG Minéraux reserves the right to request proof of identity documents from the customer (identity card and bank statement proving the purchase).
