Building a mineral collection requires time, passion, research, and often many years of careful selection. Each collection has its own history, consistency, and value that goes far beyond its decorative aspect.
DG Minéraux offers the purchase of mineral collections, complete or partial, with respect for the work carried out by collectors over the years.
I am mainly looking for:
- collectible crystallized minerals,
- specimens of good to very good quality,
- ideally identified pieces with locality information,
- documented collections (labels, old references, files, inventories, etc.).
Unprepared rough pieces, polished minerals, or decorative objects are generally less sought after.
Each proposal is reviewed seriously and discreetly. Depending on the nature of the collection, travel may be considered. The goal is to preserve the consistency and value of the specimens while offering a simple, clear, and respectful approach for the collector.
